Brisbane city council active parks

ZipRfit offers FREE Pilates in the park sessions on Monday and Tuesday mornings as part of the Brisbane City Council Active Parks program. Classes run for 10 weeks from the week of 23rd January to the week of 26th of March

Pilates in the Park

The class is a beginner to immediate workout combining elements of Pilates strengthening, stretching and exercises specially designed to improve posture, reduce stress and tone your body. This workout is suitable for adults of all ages and options will be provided for pregnant/postnatal ladies. Please bring along a water bottle, sun protection and a mat or towel.

Mondays from 9:00am till 10:00am at Perth Street Park, 74 Perth Street, Camp Hill.

Mums n' bubs pilates

A workout specifically tailored for new mums and their babies that includes a mix of strength, stretch and core stability work to rebuild your body from the inside out. Meeting point is next to the Annerley Junior Football Club on Baron Street.

Mondays from 10:30am till 11:30am at Thompson Estate Park Greenslopes.
